Certified Professional Coach Training | Level 1 Path

The ESCALATE Level 1 Coach Training Program is a comprehensive, 70 hour experience designed to develop highly capable, professional coaches. This program is currently aligned with and seeking provisional approval for Level 1 accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ESCALATE provides participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and practical experience to meet today's professional coaching standards.

Program Rigor and Requirements

Mastery is built through rigorous practice:

  • You will engage in a minimum of sixty (60) coach-specific contact learning hours to establish your foundational skill set.

  • This is fortified by ten (10) hours or more of dedicated mentor coaching, both individual and small group, ensuring deep integration of core competencies.

  • Your skills will be polished through the observation of coaching sessions with targeted feedback, culminating in a final performance evaluation that assesses your mastery at the ACC minimum skill level.
