B. Disability Accommodation
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state laws, Escalate is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified Students with documented disabilities. Students seeking accommodations must notify Escalate in writing and provide appropriate documentation of the disability and functional limitations. Escalate will work collaboratively with the Student to determine reasonable and appropriate accommodations that do not fundamentally alter the nature of the Program.
C. Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Commitment
Escalate maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination, including but not limited to:
Verbal, physical, or visual harassment.
Sexual harassment or unwanted advances.
Hostile or intimidating conduct.
Derogatory jokes, comments, or expressions about any protected class.
D. Reporting
Students may report discrimination or harassment directly to the Program Director. Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially to the extent possible.
